Easy Habits That Keep Teeth White

Here are daily habits that can help ensure your teeth don’t darken as a result of inadequate oral hygiene:

BRUSH

At least twice daily, using a toothpaste that contains fluoride.

FLOSS

At least once a day, to clean hard-to-reach areas between teeth.

RINSE

Using a mouthw lifts stains attached to the tooth. It also forms a protective shield to help prevent new stains forming on the tooth surface.
